pH – Potential of Hydrogen pH (potential of hydrogen) is a measure of the acidity or alkalinity of a fluid. When talking about health, we are referring to the body fluids, which are found in two main groups: Intracellular fluid, the fluid found inside all your cells & Extracellular fluid, the fluid found outside your cells. pH is measured on a scale of 0-14 – the lower the pH (0-7) the more acidic the solution, the higher the pH (7 – 14)
