Frequently asked questions
One Stop Drop
Can I use One Stop Drop on my baby?
It is best not to use One Stop Drop onto baby’s skin if they are under 2 years of age. Their skin is very sensitive and their internal organs not yet fully developed.
There are many ways your baby can begin to enjoy One Stop Drop such as: a drop onto their pyjama or T-Shirt top, onto their pillow or sheets or onto a cotton bud to be placed out of reach on the window sill. You can also place a few drops into an oil burner or vapouriser throughout winter to ward off those coughs, colds and flu’s.
Kids love One Stop Drop and quickly build a fond sensory memory every time it is used. As your baby grows he or she will feel comforted by the fact that you are reaching for One Stop Drop in their time of need, trusting that you are there to take care of them with something natural and familiar.
My child has head lice, what should I do?
If your child is over 2 years of age and has head lice present in their hair (please see our Information Sheets to download your FREE Head Live Info sheet on how to recognise Head Lice), simply follow the instructions on the One Stop Drop Quick Reference User guide that comes with every bottle of One Stop Drop.
If active Head Lice and eggs are present, use the Intensive treatment now and follow up again in 1 weeks time. If no eggs are present you may remove any Head Lice that you see and use the Shampoo and Conditioner treatment. Recheck the hair a week later to make sure you have not missed any eggs or to see if your child has been re-infested.
The problem can often be that your treatment has worked, but your child is being exposed to another who has active head lice which have been left untreated. Unfortunately this can create an ongoing problem, but with One Stop Drop you can keep up and use preventative shampoo/conditioner treatments to ward off any unwanted guests.
If Head Lice ever remain after the shampoo/conditioner treatment it is always best to follow with the Intensive Treatment described on the back of the One Stop Drop Pack. Always remove any obvious head lice or eggs for maximum reassurance.
Do not stress! One Stop Drop is an enjoyable way to manage Head Lice and you have it on hand to manage any situation. There are numerous treatments in every bottle and all without the nasty side effects of chemical alternatives.

As you progress into the latter stages of pregnancy and your belly blooms you may use One Stop Drop as per childrens dose (under 6 years old) and always use sparingly. In these latter stages of your pregnancy it is best not to apply the oil to your skin in large amounts and not to your abdominal or lower back areas.
For those Mums that have been infested with Head Lice, it is suggested that you use the Shampoo/Conditioner dose which is washed straight out of the hair, just to be safe. It is highly suggested that you avoid sing any chemical based lice treatments at all during pregancy.
